Joab has been my PT since October 20 and enjoy I really the sessions.
I wanted to improve my technique using free weights and the machines in the gym, have an understanding of the benefits of certain exercises over others and improve my overall health and physic to something I am happy with.
Joab is very encouraging and the weekly updates motivate you.

I cannot recommend Joab enough. I have just completed my 10th week of training with him and I cannot believe the difference in how I look, feel and how much more confident I am in a gym environment. I had huge anxiety when actually attending the gym Joab knew about this!
